What do we provide?
We provide Lola of course, along with RSA certified bar staff, eskis, ice and glassware for wine, champagne, spirits & cocktails. Lola also has her own single group La Marzocco coffee machine, this can be taken out of the van if you don't wish to use it and would like Lola to be more spacious. We do have a generator available if your venue does not offer power for Lola.
Do we provide alcohol?
Unfortunately we do not hold a liquor licence, so we serve the alcohol you supply. With our RSA certified bar staff, we serve your guests with our glassware and your beverage choices.
What drinks can we serve?
Wine, champagne, bottled beer, two cocktails of your choice (never hurts to ask if we can do more but for functionality and utensil purposes we stick with two), soft drinks, sparkling water and water. If you'd like the coffee and tea package alone or added to your bar package, this includes hot chocolate, brewed chai, decaffeinated coffee, coffee and an assortment of tea.
Do we hold our own public liability insurance?
Yes, we do. Because we do a lot of events, we hold the maximum public liability insurance and can provide you with a certificate of this.
How does payment work and do we have a cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Once we confirm your date with you it is yours and we take no further bookings, no matter how many requests we receive. We require the remaining amount of your booking to be paid 30 days prior to your event. Should you need to cancel and your cancellation occurs within 30 days of your booked event you will be liable for a further 25% of the booking fee. If a cancellation is notified within 14 days of the event you will be liable for the full booking fee.
What size is LOLA?
Lola is 2 metres wide by 4.5 metres long, and her front window is 3.3 metres long.
